Requirements

Requirements To enter our instructors program, we require a background with at least 4 years in other martial arts such including Boxing or Kick-boxing, you must have good punching and kicking abilities. (In Europe and Australia, the average age of the participators is around 30 years old, with background of 8-10 years in other systems. We had participants who were over 50 years old with up to 7th degree black belt in other systems and over 30 years of experience). You must be in good physical condition with a high fitness level. We also require a recommendation from one of the following people - a teacher / MA instructor / police officer ; Candidates should be approved by the local director (in case that there is no IMI-System branch, then by the IKMF - HQ) Additional Requirements: No Criminal record An interview with the local director The ability to pay the fees Teaching background is an advantage ------------------------------------------------- Le stage de base d'instructeur de self défense/krav maga comprend 180 heures de cours. Pour intégrer un de nos stages vous devez satisfaire aux règles suivantes : Background de 4 ans d'expérience minimum dans un système de combat comme la boxe ou le kick boxing comprenant une bonne technique de frappe pieds/poings. En Europe et en Australie l'âge moyen des participants est de 30 ans avec 8 – 10 ans de pratique de sport de combat Etre en bonne condition physique, avoir une recommandation d'un professeur de sport et/ou d'arts martiaux ou d'un officier de police Le candidat doit être soutenu par l'instructeur IKMF local (s'il n'y a pas d'instructeur local alors par l'instructeur national) Ne pas avoir d'antécédents criminels Effectuer un entretien de motivation avec l'instructeur local et/ou national Avoir de l'expérience dans l'enseignement (facultatif) Avoir la capacité de payer le stage. Le renouvellement instructeur est une formation complémentaire pour les instructeurs et une obligation afin de rester au meilleur niveau pour tous les instructeurs désirant renouveler leur licence annuelle. Cette règle s'applique aussi bien aux civils qu'aux instructeurs membre de l'armée ou de la police. Au cours de ces stages, l'instructeur reçoit les différentes mises à jour, apprend de nouvelles techniques et peaufine celles déjà acquises.

Descriptions Course Outline: Courses start with an intensive IMI-System Self-Defense instructors course and move up to high level ISRAELI IMI SYSTEM Combat course, these are then augmented by specialized courses (LE, VIP, Military). We have educated hundreds of instructors operating in : Israel, USA, European Nation, Norway, Switzerland, the Far-East, Australia, and more. The basic ISRAELI IMI SYSTEM Self-Defense instructors course is 180 hours.
